These Terms govern your use of Faithly. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Faithly.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding agreement. By using Faithly you confirm you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. Provide accurate information.
You retain ownership of content you post, and grant Faithly a license to host, display and distribute it within the app to provide the service. You are responsible for what you post.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, encourages self-harm, infringes others' rights, is spam, or otherwise violates our community guidelines. We may automatically and manually moderate content, and may block, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms.
Church leaders may undergo identity verification through our verification partner. Verification is optional unless you seek verified status, and is subject to the partner's processing.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community or service. You may delete your account at any time in the app.
Faithly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content (including AI-generated reflection prompts) is accurate or suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faithly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
The app relies on third-party providers (e.g., Google Firebase, OpenAI, OpenRouter, iDenfy). Your use may be subject to their terms. See our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
