Delete your account
You can delete your account and your data yourself, at any time, inside the app:
Me > Settings (gear icon) > Profile & Privacy > Delete Account
This removes your profile, posts, prayer requests, comments, check-ins, memberships and uploaded files. Messages you sent in a conversation with another person stay visible to them. If you cannot open the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

FAQ for churches
How do I register my church?
In the app, open the Churches section and choose to register a church. Fill in the church name, contact details, location and service times, then submit. The church is placed in our review queue right away. It stays private until it is approved, but you can start setting everything up from the Admin Dashboard.
How does verification work?
We check every new church before it becomes public. Adding your EIN or a registration document (for example a 501(c)(3) letter) in the church Settings speeds the review up. Reviews usually take 1 to 3 business days and you get a notification when it is done. If we need a change, you will see a Revision Requested note in the admin screen and can resubmit with corrections.
Church leaders can also complete an optional identity check through our verification partner iDenfy. The ID document and selfie are captured on the partner's page, and Faithly stores only the result.
Who can manage a church?
The person who registers the church becomes its owner and can invite ministers and other leaders, approve members, publish sermons and events, and answer the prayer wall and questions. Ownership can be transferred to another leader in the admin screen.
My church is not showing up for members
Unverified churches are hidden from search and the map until they are approved. Check the Verification section in the church Settings for its status, and email us if it has been more than 3 business days.
