Faithly ("Faithly", "we", "us") is a social application for Christians and churches, operated from California, United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using Faithly, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate, maintain and improve Faithly and its features.
- Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- Deliver notifications you have enabled.
- Moderate content to keep the community safe.
- Diagnose crashes and prevent abuse.
3. Service Providers We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with processors strictly to run the service:

4. User Content & Moderation
Content you submit may be automatically scanned for policy violations before and after publishing. Content that violates our guidelines may be blocked or removed. You can report content and block other users.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Account), which removes your profile and associated content from active systems. Some records may persist briefly in backups or where required by law. To request deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the email below.
6. Children
Faithly is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
7. Your U.S. Privacy Rights
Faithly serves users across the United States. Depending on your state of residence (e.g., California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us; we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, server-side secrets, access controls). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
