Faithly ("Faithly", "we", "us") is a social application for Christians and churches. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using Faithly, you agree to this policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with processors strictly to run the service:

These providers process data under their own terms and security obligations.

4. User Content & Moderation

Content you submit may be automatically scanned for policy violations (hate, harassment, sexual content, violence, self-harm and similar) before and after publishing. Content that violates our guidelines may be blocked or removed. You can report content and block other users.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app (Settings → Account), which removes your profile and associated content from active systems. Some records may persist briefly in backups or where required by law. To request deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the email below.

6. Children

Faithly is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children under that age.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted transport, server-side secrets, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
